breathe in, breathe out
tears falling down
the sun is getting closer now
only a matter of time before we penetrate the ground
I think hell is where the world belongs
when supernova hits we'll be singing the sun's song
people asking "where did we go wrong"
but sin has been around for so long

so long to the world
so long to the sin
the sun is coming up this morning to wake you up for the last time
did you tell God everything?
don't forget, God knows everything

he knew exactly when this day would come
the end of the world he made, in seven days he was done
he knew just what the world would become
yet he still looks so dissapointed in us
he knew exactly what to expect
so in the end, what does he expect?
it's almost like after he created earth he became powerless
and took credit for all his "miracles" through things he could only predict

so long to the world
so long to the sin
the sun is coming up this morning to wake you up for the last time
did you tell God everything?
don't forget, God knows everything

it's coming to an end
they're praying to God, "give us a hand!"
he said "the hand your looking for lies at the bottom of the box opened by a girl"
hope was the only thing left
the holy light of hope is the only thing that's left
maybe God is merely a fotrune teller waiting to predict when the holy light of hope will shine again
or maybe he's just fucking with our heads
having us nearly shit ourselves by having the sun nearly tear the world to shreds
life's about second chances, you think one morning God would bring the world to an end?
he'd never let the soul of every human fall into the devil's hands
'cause you know damn well
if we woke up dead tomorrow, we'd all be in hell
did you tell God everything?
don't forget, God knows everything
